ABSTRACT
December of 2019 witnessed the outbreak of new coronavirus pneumonia in Wuhan city and a few localities. As a designated hospital, Tongji Hospital is designated as a hospital for the diagnosis and treatment of numerous patients of such a disease. Based on the medical cloud platform, the hospital has initiated a regional remote diagnosis center; based on its IT system, the hospital to operate its epidemic prevention and management mechanism, set up the self-service system for patients at the fever clinic, launched its online diagnosis and treatment services, and established a hospital epidemic supervision platform. By strengthening the informational support needed for epidemic prevention and control, the hospital has enhanced its efficiency of epidemic prevention and control, reducing the risk of cross-infection, and ensuring data security. Its experiences offer references for informationization support for other regions and hospitals in China.

Objective:To study the effect of hierarchical diagnosis on optimizing medical resource allocation based on big data era.Methods:Literature analysis and game theory analysis.Results:It established hierarchical diagnosis model based on game theory,analyzed the effect of hierarchical diagnosis after introducing big data,established the hierarchical diagnosis structure diagram based on big data.Conclusion:Under the big data background,hierarchical diagnosis could give full play to the value of data,optimize the allocation of medical resources,accurate diagnosis of patients,and make a positive effect on medical institutions and patients.

Objective To realize the standardization of medical information under the same principle of retaining the existing ECG system framework. Methods The localization of HL7 medical information standard was studied, and the plug-in technique was used to reconstruct HL7 standard ECG system. Results After adding the HL7 communication module, the original ECG system could send and receive HL7 messages in real time to complete higher level medical data exchange and reduce the project implementation cost. Conclusion This study has important practical reference values for the standardization of HL7 in the existing medical information system,which is helpful to promote the standardization of medical information system.
